You are our Graduate if...

  • You have finished or are about to finish your studies in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Data, Gaming and AI. 
  • You are passionate about the digital world, data analysis and user experience.
  • You are an analytical, organized, communicative person, with a desire to lead.
  • Previous experience is not required,  just motivation and a willingness to learn.

What could you expect in the selection process?

Prepare for a comprehensive and transparent experience. Through this journey, you will have the opportunity to show your skills and competencies in different stages. Below, we present the key stages and their corresponding dates, so you can plan your participation and make the most of each opportunity

  • Next intake

    20th October

    Applications for the UK program will open soon.

  • Online test and phone interview

    This helps us  understand your skills and confirm your interest in the position, ensuring a personalized experience.

  • Practical challenge

    You will participate in a dynamic group that allows us to understand your skills (communication and teamwork). If you pass this stage, you will have a personal interview and a practical case to solve, allowing us to assess your analytical skills.

  • Business Interview

    Prepare for a business interview with the hiring manager. During this interview, you will learn more about the position and the company, and the manager will assess your suitability for the role and your specific skills.

  • Onboarding and bootcamp

    You will start the position in September. As part of the year-long program, you will participate in a three-week bootcamp, also beginning in September, where you will receive intensive training to enhance your digital and business skills.
