You are our Graduate if...

  • You are recent STEM graduate or degree disciplines aligned to design, business analytics, business studies or economics.finished or are about to finish your studies in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Data, Gaming and AI. 
  • You are passionate about technology, people, problem solving and keen to transform the world around us.
  • You have analytical ability, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork. 
  • Previous experience is not required,  just motivation and a willingness to learn.

What could you expect in the selection process?

Prepare for a comprehensive and transparent experience. Through this journey, you will have the opportunity to show your skills and competencies in different stages. Below, we present the key stages and their corresponding dates, so you can plan your participation and make the most of each opportunity

  • Next intake

    10RD NOVEMBER

    Applications for the UK program will open soon.

  • Online test and virtual interview

    Until 23th January

    This helps us  understand your skills and confirm your interest in the position, ensuring a personalized experience.

  • Virtual assessments

    Until 30Th January

    You will participate in a dynamic group that allows us to understand your skills (communication and teamwork). If you pass this stage, you will have a personal interview and a practical case to solve, allowing us to assess your analytical skills.

  • Business Interview

    Until 13TH february

    Prepare for a business interview. During this interview, you will learn more about the position and the company, and the manager will assess your suitability for the role and your specific skills.

  • Onboarding and bootcamp

    SEPTEMBER 26

    You will start the position in September 26. As part of the year-long program, you’ll take part in a dedicated learning bootcamp and an innovation hackathon — all while developing the knowledge you need for a successful career at Santander.
